At the age of 14, Lorena's family moved to Mexico City, where she took an interest in Interior Design. Graduating from the Instituto Miguel Angel, Lorena moved to Nevada, working for an architectural firm for three years to expand her knowledge. Hired as a flight attendant by Pan American Airlines, she traveled worldwide, expanding her horizons while learning designs of different cultures. After seven years with the airline, Lorena married. Having raised two daughters, Lorena decided to start a career again. Lorena's dream opportunity presented itself on Front Street, and she used all of her knowledge and creativity to produce The Painted Garden.
